How To Use

Mouthwash Usage : After shaking the bottle, pump an amount of mousse to mouth, gargle for 20 seconds, and then rinse with water.
Brushing Usage : After shaking the bottle, pump an amount of mousse to mouth, make foam fill mouth totally, then gently brush your teeth with a toothbrush, and then rinse with water . (Suitable for adults and children)
